Your Own Real Estate AI Avatar for Listing Videos
Set up your avatar once, then it opens any paid listing video or talks from a corner box while the rooms play. It is labelled as AI, and the rooms are always your real photos.
Sarah is a fictional AI person in a format preview. Today your own avatar does not appear inside the rooms: it is your photo, with its own background, before the tour or in a corner box.

Two clips and one table: what a hosted tour looks like, what the tool really produces with a mascot, and how the two avatar modes differ.
| Short intro | Corner box | |
|---|---|---|
| Where you appear | Before the rooms, full frame | A small rounded box on the right while it talks (about 16 s on a reel, 21 s on a full video) |

What makes a good avatar photo
Everything the avatar does starts from one picture, so it is worth choosing well. Use a photo with only you in it, facing the camera, in good light, with no sunglasses and no filters. PNG, JPG or WebP files up to 5 MB are accepted.
The photo is cropped to a tall 9:16 frame, so keep your head and shoulders in the centre. And remember what the viewer sees: your photo's background. The avatar is not placed into the listing's rooms, so pick a tidy office or a plain wall rather than a cluttered kitchen.
A preset voice or your own
4 preset voices are on offer, so you can match your own tone:
- Warm and clear, female voice
- Light and breezy, female voice
- Upbeat and friendly, male voice
- Calm and steady, male voice
Where voice cloning is available, you can also use your own voice. That takes two recordings made in one sitting, on the same microphone in the same quiet room: a paragraph we give you to read (10 to 30 seconds), and a short consent sentence (3 to 20 seconds). A separate checkbox confirms the voice is yours. You choose preset or your own voice on each video.
Standard or premium motion
Standard motion is included in the avatar price. Premium looks more natural and costs extra: +30 credits on an intro, +60 on the corner box. It is offered when available. If a premium render fails, the video falls back to standard motion and the extra credits come back.
Who can use your face, and how revoking works
- The avatar is tied to the account that set it up. Only that account can put it in a video.
- The selfie must be a fresh picture from your camera, not an upload. It is compared with your photo as a basic safeguard. That is not identity verification.
- You can revoke at any time. Revoking deletes your photo, selfie, consent and voice recordings and the avatar clips stored for your listings.
- Finished videos that already include your avatar stay in your account until you re-export or delete them; a re-export comes out without the avatar. Copies you downloaded or posted cannot be recalled.
- A video that is still rendering drops the avatar and refunds its credits.
When the avatar is left out
If any step of the avatar fails, the video ships without it and the credits for it come back, so you are never charged for an avatar that did not appear.
Editing the price, address, bedrooms or highlight after the render also removes it, because what the avatar said would no longer match. With the corner box, changing the style or the music does the same, since its lines were timed to the old shots. The intro of up to 24 words and the room lines are built only from what you typed; to see examples, read the script examples.
What viewers see on screen
Your avatar carries a label saying it is AI, with your name: “AI avatar of Dana Whitfield”. When a name is too long to fit, the label reads just “AI avatar”. The video also has a small AI-assisted label. In the corner box, music is lowered while you speak and the box is hidden on the end card. The full list of what is AI is on the AI disclosure page.
AI avatar questions
Is my avatar placed inside the listing's rooms?
No. The mascots are placed into the first room, but your own avatar is made from your photo and keeps that photo's background. Viewers see you in front of whatever is behind you in the picture, either as a short intro or in a small corner box while it talks. Pick a photo taken in a tidy office or against a plain wall.
Does the free sample include my avatar?
No. The free 15-second sample shows your rooms only and needs no account. The avatar joins a paid video (a reel at $4.90 or a full video at $19, or credits), and it needs an account because your consent is stored against it.
Can someone else make an avatar of me, or can I make one of someone else?
No to both. The avatar belongs to the account that set it up. Setting up needs a photo, a live selfie from your own camera that is compared with the photo, and a consent sentence read aloud. Only that account can put the avatar in a video.
Can I write the lines my avatar says?
No. The lines are built only from the details you type for the listing, so it cannot say anything you did not supply. The intro is up to 24 words. Examples of what gets said are on the marketing video page.
How much time and how many credits does it add?
The short intro adds about 9 seconds to the video and 30 credits. The corner box adds 50 credits to a reel or 70 to a full video. The render takes about 5 minutes longer for the intro and about 6 for the corner box.
What is deleted when I revoke my avatar?
Your photo, selfie, consent and voice recordings, and the avatar clips stored for your listings. Finished videos that already include your avatar stay in your account until you re-export or delete them; a re-export comes out without the avatar. A video that is still rendering drops the avatar and the credits come back. Copies you downloaded or posted cannot be recalled.
