What is AI in a Tourly video, and what never changes

What is made with AI

• Camera motion. Each photo becomes a short clip with a camera move. Most moves are generated by an AI video model working from your photo. A separate check compares the clip with your photo before it is used.
• 3D moves from the photo. When a clip fails the check, or for rooms where AI tends to rebuild fixtures such as kitchens and bathrooms, the move is computed from your photo with a depth map. It only re-uses the pixels of your photo; nothing is generated.
• An optional presenter. If you add a presenter, it is an AI character (Max, our mascot) or an AI avatar of you, created only with your consent. It is shown on screen as an AI character or "AI avatar of" you. It is never added to the free sample.
• A cloned voice, only yours. If you save a voice sample, an AI voice made from it reads the presenter lines. It can only be made from a recording of your own voice, with a spoken consent, and you can delete it.

What is never altered

• Your rooms, furniture, fixtures, finishes, views and the size of a space. A clip that adds, removes or reshapes any of them is discarded.
• The price, address, status and contact details. They are text you typed, drawn on the video by us, not generated.
• The listing photos themselves. We do not retouch, stage, declutter or change the light or sky.

The method behind that promise is on how we check accuracy.

How videos are labelled

• Every video carries a small "AI-assisted" label on screen.
• A presenter is labelled as an AI character or an AI avatar.
• The page that shows your finished video and its share link say "AI-generated video. Not a real recording."

When you publish

• You decide where the video is published, and you are responsible for labelling it as AI-generated wherever the law, your MLS or the platform requires it. Keep our label in.
• The check is automated and not perfect. Watch the video before you post it, and tell us if a clip shows something that is not in your photo.
