Real Estate Marketing Video With an AI Host

Pick a host, add your listing photos, and the video opens with a friendly AI presenter before the rooms play. The host is always labelled as AI; the rooms are always your real photos.

Who opens the video

Want yourself instead? Set up your own AI avatar (account required). Banjo is an AI character, labelled as one in the video. Your room itself is never altered. Banjo joins the paid video, not the free sample.

Hosted listing videos: mascots and an AI avatar

Each host walking through the same sample home, made from its photos. These preview the hosted-tour format; in a video you make today, a mascot opens the tour and your own avatar can stay in the corner.

Five kinds of real estate marketing video, and which this makes

Agents use video for different jobs. Some need a camera crew, some only need the listing photos. Here is what each kind is and whether this tool can make it.

Choosing a host: a mascot, your own avatar, or nobody

A host gives a listing video a face, which helps people stop scrolling and remember whose listing it was. Which one fits depends on your brand and the home.

An AI mascot

Max, Banjo, Matilda, Winston or Maple opens the tour in a few seconds, then the rooms play. Fun, clearly a character, and the same face on every listing so followers start to recognise it.

Your own AI avatar

Made from one photo and a short voice sample, with your consent recorded. It opens the tour, or stays in a corner over every room while it talks, in a preset voice or your own where voice cloning is available. Account required.

+30 intro, +50 or +70 in the corner

No host

Just the rooms, music, the price and your contact card. Often the right call for luxury listings where the home should do the talking.

Nothing extra

Members can also have their own mascot made from a logo or a description, and pick it like the stock ones. To see the rooms without any host first, look at the home tour video maker.

What the AI host actually says

The host does not improvise. Its lines are put together from the listing details you type, so it can only repeat facts you gave it. Say an agent types these details:

Beds / baths
4 bed 2 bath
Address
12 Oak Street, Springfield
Price
$1,250,000
Highlight
new kitchen and a north-facing yard

A mascot intro

Hi, I'm Banjo. This 4 bed 2 bath home on 12 Oak Street just hit the market at $1,250,000. Let's take a look!

Only the street is spoken, not the suburb, and the intro stays under 24 words. If the agent typed only a price, the line shrinks to fit what is known:

Hi, I'm Matilda. This home just hit the market at $640,000. Let's take a look!

Your avatar in the corner of the tour

The corner avatar talks over the tour instead of before it. It opens with the home, names a room only while that room is on screen, then closes with the price and your highlight. For the details above, over an eight-photo tour, it says:

  1. Hi, I'm Sarah. This 4 bed 2 bath home on 12 Oak Street.
  2. Here's the living room.
  3. The dining area.
  4. It's listed at $1,250,000. Highlights: new kitchen and a north-facing yard.

That is about 12.4 seconds of speech. The narration is capped at about 16 seconds on a reel and 21 on a full video, and when a room line would land on the wrong shot, it is dropped rather than said late.

The five stock hosts and how they sound

Each mascot has its own look and voice, and keeps both on every video, which is the point: followers start to recognise it.

A member's own mascot is drawn from their logo or a description and speaks with one of the same preset voices.

Setting up your own AI avatar, step by step

Your avatar is set up once in your account and then appears as a host option on every listing. The setup asks for four things:

  1. Your name. Used in the intro ("Hi, I'm ...") and on the "AI avatar of" label.
  2. One clear photo. Just you, facing the camera, good light, no sunglasses or filters. PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
  3. A quick selfie. One live picture from your camera, compared with your photo. It is a basic safeguard, not an identity check.
  4. Your spoken consent. You read a short consent sentence aloud and it is kept with your consent record. You can revoke it at any time, which turns the avatar off and deletes the selfie.

Nothing is sent until you press save. Only your account can put your avatar in a video.

A month of marketing video for one listing

One set of listing photos can carry a listing from launch to sale. Here is a plan an agent might follow, priced in credits:

WhenVideoCredits
Week 1Full listing tour, both formats, with a mascot intro130
Before the open houseOpen house reel, 15 seconds20
If the price dropsPrice reduced reel20
When it sellsSold reel for your profile20

190 credits in all, inside the 300 credits a Solo plan gives each month. Each reel is a new render with its own status card; pick the same host every time so the series looks like one campaign. The status cards are explained on real estate video templates.

What a hosted listing video costs in credits

A reel is $4.90 and a full video is $19 on their own. With a credit pack or plan, everything is priced in credits:

The five stock mascots cost nothing to pick beyond the intro. Packs and monthly plans are on the pricing section.

Labels and consent for AI presenters

  • Every presenter shot carries an “AI character” label, and each video has a small AI-assisted label.
  • Your own avatar needs your photo, your voice sample and your recorded consent. Only your account can use it, and you can revoke it at any time.
  • We do not make an avatar of anyone else, and the presenter never stands in for a real client or a review.
  • The rooms are your photos with camera motion. A host never changes what the home looks like.

Real estate marketing video FAQ

What is a real estate marketing video?

Any video an agent uses to win attention for a listing or for themselves: a listing tour, a just listed or sold reel, an agent introduction, a neighbourhood guide or a client story. This tool makes the first three from listing photos. It does not make neighbourhood guides or testimonials.

Can an AI presenter introduce my listing?

Yes. Pick one of five AI mascots (Max, Banjo, Matilda, Winston or Maple) and it opens the video with a short intro before the rooms play. That adds 30 credits to a paid video; the free sample shows your rooms only. Every presenter shot is labelled as an AI character on screen.

Can I appear in the video without filming myself?

Yes, with an account. Upload one photo and a short voice sample, and record your consent. Your AI avatar can open the video (+30 credits) or sit in a corner over every room (+50 credits on a reel, +70 on a full video). It speaks with a preset voice, or your own where voice cloning is available. Only you can use it, and you can revoke it.

Can I make my own mascot or brand character?

Yes, as a member. Upload your logo or describe the character and it is made once for 30 credits, then you can pick it like the stock mascots. Credit-pack buyers can keep 2, Solo 5, Pro 10 and Team as many as they need.

Will viewers know the presenter is AI?

Yes. Presenter shots carry an "AI character" label, the video has a small AI-assisted label, and the rooms are always your real photos with camera motion. We do not make a presenter look like a real person without that person's recorded consent.

How much does a real estate marketing video cost here?

A 15-second reel is $4.90 and a full listing video is $19, or credits from a pack or plan. A presenter is added in credits on top. You can make a free 15-second sample with no account first.

Can I write my own script for the AI host?

Not word for word. The host's lines are built only from the details you type (beds and baths, street, price and, for the corner avatar, one highlight), so it never says anything you did not give it. A missing detail is simply left out. The intro stays under 24 words, about 8 to 9 seconds.

How long should a real estate marketing video be?

Long enough for its job. A social reel here is 15 seconds; a mascot intro adds about 8; a full tour of 25 photos runs about 70 to 90 seconds depending on the look. Post the reel to stop the scroll and the full tour where buyers are already looking at the home.

Can I use these videos in paid ads?

Yes, the files are yours to post or promote. Keep the on-screen AI labels in place, and when a platform asks whether the post contains AI-generated content, say yes.

Do I have to tell buyers the presenter is AI?

We label it for you on screen either way. Advertising rules for real estate differ by country and state, so check yours; the safe habit is to keep the label visible and switch on the platform’s own AI label when you post.
