Both turn listing photos into a video with camera motion. The big difference is how you pay: Tourly sells one video at a time with no account needed to start, and AutoReel sells yearly bundles of videos on a plan. AutoReel facts below come from its own website, checked on 2026-10-20.

Say you list four homes this year. On Tourly that is four full videos at $19, so $76, or $45 for a 30-credit pack that covers three plus one more at $19. Nothing renews.
AutoReel's smallest plan, Essential, was A$43 a month on yearly billing (A$59 a month quarterly) when we checked, which is about A$516 a year for up to 20 videos. If you will really use most of those 20, the plan is good value. If you will use four, most of it goes unused.
AutoReel does more than camera motion. If any of these is you, it is likely the better tool:
Tourly does one job: camera motion on the photos you already have, checked so the house never changes. See how we check accuracy and the AI disclosure for what that means on MLS and social.
For a few listings a year, yes: you pay $19 for one full video and nothing else. AutoReel sells only plans, starting at 20 videos a year billed quarterly or yearly; its own FAQ says it does not offer pay-per-video purchases. If you make many videos a year, compare the price per video: our credit packs and monthly plans go down to about $8 to $10 a video, and AutoReel’s plans were A$14 to A$36 a video when we checked.
Yes. Make one free 15-second sample per device without an account. It comes out at 720p with a PREVIEW watermark, so you can judge the motion on your own photos before you pay. AutoReel needs an account for its free plan (no card), which makes two watermarked videos a month.
No, on purpose. Tourly only adds camera motion and checks every clip against your photo, so nothing is added to or removed from a room. AutoReel offers AI virtual staging, twilight transitions and other visual effects. If you need staged rooms, AutoReel or a staging service is the better pick.
Not on Tourly: you upload the photos from your phone or computer (JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 25). AutoReel has one-click import from Realtor.com.
No. Credit packs never expire and there is no subscription unless you choose a monthly plan. On AutoReel, credits roll over for one year on yearly plans and six months on quarterly plans, according to its pricing page.
Do not choose Tourly if you need virtual staging, twilight shots or other effects that change a room, if several people on your team need their own logins, or if you shoot raw video or drone footage: Tourly works from photos only. In those cases AutoReel, a staging service or a human editor will serve you better.
No. AutoReel is a separate company and its name belongs to its owner. The comparison uses what AutoReel publishes on its own site, checked on 20 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check their pricing page before you decide.
