Mascot Q&A Videos: One AI Character Asks, One Answers
Bruno the golden capybara asks the question a buyer is thinking. Rocky the pink otter answers it, in a few seconds, on camera. Both are AI characters, labelled as AI, and your rooms stay your real photos.
No subscription · credits never expire · Reel $4.90 · full $19
Sample: “Does AI change the house?” Two AI characters, not a real recording.
Three questions, answered by Bruno and Rocky
Each clip is vertical, 9:16, and starts with the question as a caption. Tap a clip to play it. The AI characters are labelled in every clip.
Our stock mascots, same questions
The same three questions with our stock mascots, Banjo the kangaroo asking and Matilda the koala answering. These two are in the mascot picker today, but a video still has one host.
Full scene
Same questions, shot full-body with both characters standing in the room. Two of the three are ready so far. These are samples, not recordings of a customer, and cannot be ordered yet.
Why a question and an answer
Most buyers watch a listing video with a question already in mind: is it real, what does it cost, how long will it take. A second character who asks that question out loud lets the first one answer it in one breath, instead of a paragraph of caption.
Bruno (a golden capybara) asks and Rocky (a pink otter) answers. They are example characters in our own illustration style, not one of the stock mascots. The same questions, with the stock mascots Banjo and Matilda, are in the second block below.
What you can order today
Today a Tourly video has one AI mascot host. Two-character Q&A is shown here as samples, and cannot be ordered yet. A paid video has one AI mascot host, or your own AI avatar, opening the tour, and a member can create a custom AI mascot for 30 credits. A reel is $4.90 and a full video is $19, with no subscription and credits that never expire. Start from the video maker, or read how a host is added on the marketing video page.
How the clips are written
Every answer in the samples is a fact about the product that is also stated on another page: the accuracy check, the price and the AI label. Nothing is promised that the tool does not do. The lines, in order:
- Does AI change the house? No. Every camera move is checked against your photo, and any clip that changes a room is thrown away. Your rooms stay real photos.
- How long does one take, and is there a subscription? A reel takes about 4 minutes and costs $4.90. There is no subscription, and your credits never expire.
- Is the AI host labelled? Yes. Every host carries an on-screen AI character label, and the whole video is marked AI-assisted.
What viewers see on screen
Each character carries a label that reads “AI character”, and the video has a small AI-assisted label. The full list of what is AI is on the AI disclosure page.
Mascot Q&A questions
Can I order a two-character Q&A video today?
Not yet. A Tourly video has one AI mascot host: you pick one of the stock characters or make your own, and it opens the tour. The Bruno and Rocky clips on this page are samples of a format we are showing first.
What can I order that is close to this?
A reel ($4.90) or a full video ($19) with one AI mascot host, or your own AI avatar. Both are labelled as AI and the rooms stay your real photos. No subscription, and credits never expire.
Who are Bruno and Rocky?
Bruno (a golden capybara) asks and Rocky (a pink otter) answers. They are example AI characters in our own illustration style, not real people, and not one of the stock mascots in the picker.
Which mascots can I pick today?
The picker has stock AI mascots such as Banjo (kangaroo · akubra hat) and Matilda (koala · emerald blazer), and a member can create a custom AI mascot for 30 credits. The second block on this page shows Banjo and Matilda with the same questions.
Are the questions and answers in the clips real?
They are scripted to match what the product does, using the same facts as the accuracy and AI disclosure pages. The clips are a sample of the format, not a recording of a customer.
Is the AI host labelled on screen?
Yes. A mascot carries an "AI character" label, and every video has a small AI-assisted label. Keep both in when you post.
Do the mascots appear inside my rooms?
The mascot opens the video and is placed into the first room. The rooms themselves are your listing photos and are never altered.
