Real Estate Mascot Video: An AI Mascot Hosts Your Listing

Choose a stock AI mascot, add your listing photos, and the video opens with the mascot before your rooms play. The mascot is labelled as AI. The rooms are your real photos.

Preview of the hosted-tour format: Banjo opens the tour of a sample home.
Who opens the video

Want yourself instead? Set up your own AI avatar (account required). Banjo is an AI character, labelled as one in the video. Your room itself is never altered. Banjo joins your video.

With a mascot: reel $7.90, paid once (50 credits). A full video with a mascot is paid from a credit pack, from $45. No subscription.

How a mascot video is made

  1. Pick a mascot. Max, Banjo, Matilda, Winston or Maple. Each keeps its own look and voice on every video.
  2. Add your photos and details. Drop 3 to 25 listing photos (5 or more for a full video), then add the bedrooms, street and price. The mascot says only what you typed.
  3. Pay and download. A reel takes about 4 minutes. The mascot adds about 5 minutes to the render. You get the finished video to post.

What is real and what is AI

A mascot video mixes real photos with one AI character. Here is which part is which:

PartReal or AIWhat that means
The roomsRealYour listing photos with camera motion. Every clip is checked against the photo, and one that changes a room is thrown away. Your rooms stay real photos.
The mascotAIAn AI character, labelled as one on screen. It opens the video and is placed into the first photo of your tour, which is usually the front of the home.
What it saysYour factsShort lines built from the details you type, such as bedrooms, street and price. A detail you leave out is left out of the speech.
The voiceAIA voice that goes with the mascot, generated by AI.
The whole videoLabelledA small AI-assisted label sits on the video. Keep it in when you post.

The full list is on the AI disclosure page, and the checks on every clip are on how we check accuracy.

Who a mascot video suits

A good fit

  • You want a recognisable face on every listing video without filming yourself.
  • You post reels and want the first second to stop the scroll.
  • You run a team or a brand and want the same character on each listing, so followers start to know it.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to be on screen yourself. Use your own AI avatar instead; it needs an account, a selfie and spoken consent.
  • You want a character talking over every room. A mascot opens the video; it does not narrate the whole tour.
  • You want two characters asking and answering. That format is shown as samples only and cannot be ordered yet.

Real estate mascot video FAQ

What is a real estate mascot video?

A listing video that opens with a character, such as a kangaroo or a koala, instead of a person. The character greets the viewer and names the home, then your listing photos play as the tour. Here the character is an AI mascot, labelled as AI on screen.

Which mascots can I pick?

Five stock mascots: Max, Banjo, Matilda, Winston or Maple. Members with a credit pack or plan can also create a custom mascot from a logo or a description for 30 credits.

Does the mascot change my rooms?

No. The rooms are your real listing photos with camera motion, and a clip that alters a room is thrown away. The mascot is an AI character placed into the first photo of your tour for the intro, and it carries an AI label.

What does it cost?

A reel with a stock mascot is $7.90, paid once (50 credits: the reel plus the mascot). A full video with a mascot, premium animation or a custom mascot is paid in credits, from a pack: the smallest is $45 for 300 credits, about 2 full videos with a mascot. Without a mascot, a reel is $4.90 and a full video is $19, paid once. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.

Does the mascot talk through the whole tour?

No. The mascot opens the video with a short intro, then the rooms play. The clips on this page preview the hosted-tour format with a sample home; in your video the mascot opens the tour.

Can I order two mascots, one asking and one answering?

Not yet. A video has one mascot host today. The two-character format is shown as sample clips on the Mascot Q&A page.
